County Supervisor; Humboldt County; Supervisorial District 4

PUT EUREKA ON THE BOARD The 4th District Supervisor represents Eureka, Myrtletown and Samoa. Eureka is severely impacted by county government programs, which include the jail, welfare programs, homeless services, and transitional housing. Jeff's top priority will be to reduce the impacts of county programs on our city and your neighborhood.

As Eureka's Supervisor, Jeff will also work on the following priorities:

  • Adopt a new general plan. A 13 year process is unacceptable!
  • Encourage the county planning department to be user friendly.
  • Partner with city government on decisions impacting Eureka.
  • Development of a renewable energy economy in Humboldt County.
  • Cleanup and development of the Marina Center site.
  • Potential annexation of Myrtletown, Cutten, and Ridgewood.
  • Unification of the Eureka and Humboldt Fire Departments.
  • Completion of the Eureka Waterfront and Humboldt Bay Trail.
  • Implementing Campaign Finance Reform :

Spending more money on a local political election than several families earn in a year is obscene. Jeff opposes the Big Money attempts to control local politics. He serves the will of the people and NOT SPECIAL INTERESTS. Please say Yes. We need a Supervisor with a sincere focus on Eureka's needs.
