About Kelenia

A resident of the Inner Sunset, Kelenia Olsen is the product of working-middle class family. She has spent the past two years working for Assembly Speaker Pro Tempore Fiona Ma as the senior field representative in the Assembly district she wishes to represent. On a daily basis, Kelenia strives to understand and advocate on behalf of the residents, merchants and community organizations throughout Assembly District 12.

Holding a Masters degree in Public Administration, Kelenia is equipped with both the academic and practical experience necessary to lead the Democratic Party. She serves on the board of directors for several community and family-based organizations, playing an active role in guiding positive changes for the thousands of residents served by these organizations.

Kelenia is running for the Democratic County Central Committee because she realizes the importance of strengthening the Democratic Party in San Francisco, directing its power to help constituents throughout Assembly District 12. She wants to bring light to the issues that affect these constituents. She wants to Set the Agenda.
