To restore access to acute care services at the hospital facilities at 1200 Smith Street, Kingsburg, California, including acute and out-patient medical, surgical and ancillary services, should the District approve the sale and transfer of said hospital facilities and related assets for fair market value as determined by an independent appraiser, with no cost liability to taxpayers, to Hospital Developers LLC or another qualified operator of a hospital?

Impartial Analysis
Voter approval of this measure will authorize the governing board of the Kingsburg Hospital District to approve the sale and transfer of substantially all the District's assets, including the hospital facilities at 1200 Smith Street, Kingsburg, California, including acute and out-patient medical, surgical and ancillary services and related assets, for fair market value, as determined by an independent appraiser, to Hospital Developers, LLC or another qualified operator of a hospital.
