END THE CHAOS AND CONTROVERSY IN THE SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
The ability of the Sheriff's Department to effectively provide public safety has been terribly damaged by in-fighting, bickering and unprofessional conduct at the management level.
LET'S ANALYZE CONSOLIDATING LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES COUNTY-WIDE
In these harsh economic times, we need to seriously examine the possibilities of combining and consolidating our law enforcement efforts on a regional level.
TIME TO HEAL COMMUNITY RELATIONSHIPS
We cannot afford to needlessly alienate Monterey County communities with poor community relations skills. We need to develop closer working relationships with our civil rights groups and neighborhoods.
