Mary Jane Foley has served on the national, state and regional level as an appointee on the United States Environmental Protection Agency National Drinking Water Advisory Council, and the Regional and State Water Resources Control Board. In 2001 Mary Jane established MJF Consulting Inc. This certififed small business provides assistance to public agenices building new or replacing water related projects that protect the public health and safety of the citizens the projects serve. Foley assisted in successfully acquiring $25,000,000. for the South Orange County communities to improve water qualtiy, prevent beach closures and create new opportunities to reclaim water for irrigation use. Foley is married, lives in Laguna Niguel and has 6 adult children and 4 grandchildren. His passion is public service.
