TEACHERS ARE THE KEY TO SUCCESS
Strong, supported teachers yield strong student performance. All other team members are there to support the teacher who is the one on the front lines battling ignorance daily.
TEACHER ACCOUNTABILITY AND SUCCESS
Standarized tests are great diagnostic tools for individual students but they are terrible measures of teacher effectiveness.
