Leon "Lee" McGroarty was born on June 25, 1966 to Susanna and Joseph McGroarty in Philadelphia, PA. Lee has one brother, Patrick McGroarty.

Family

Lee is married to Lisa Santos McGroarty. They have three daughters Delaney(9), Macy(7) and Charlee(5). They have lived in the Chino Valley for 16 years, the past 8 1/2 in Chino. They have four dogs: Mugsy, Snowball, Biscuit and Roxy (Lee's daughters named them except Mugsy - Lee named him -- Mugsy is the only male dog!)

RetireAmerica Corporation; 2000 to Present Lee founded RetireAmerica in 2000 and 401(k) Administrators in 2005. Lee serves as President of the two combined companies called RetireAmerica Corporation, which manages more than $100 million in retirement plan assets and represents more than 100 corporate and non-corporate clients. Lee is also a member of Retirement Plans Advisory Group, a network of retirement specialists with combined assets of $4.5 Billion.

CEO -- Chino Executive Offices; 2008 to Present Lee and his wife Lisa are founding partners in an executive office business that caters to small business owners and executives/professionals such as attorneys, brokers and sales representatives from various industries. As the Chief CEO is currently sold out and has a waiting list of future tenants.

Lee serves on the Board of Scleroderma Foundation, Southern California Chapter; 2008 to Present. Lee and Lisa are both very active with Rhodes Elementary (where their 3 daughters attend) and are supporters of various educational programs including public, vocational, private and charter schools, including the new Oxford Preparatory Academy. Lisa donates her time in the classrooms at Rhodes Elementary each Friday throughout the school year.
