Candidate for
Board of Supervisors; San Francisco County; District 10

These are some of the projects I would like to work on as District 10 Supervisor:

• Safer streets, communities and neighborhoods.

• Better health services.

• Cleaner environment.

• Green jobs and training for Green jobs.

• Excellent education, schools and after-school programs in every neighborhood.

• Economic development: SF Redevelopment Agency in Bayview Hunters Point, Shipyard, Potrero Hill, Visitacion Valley, Bayshore Blvd., etc.

• Work closely with the Potrero Hill Neighborhood House and the Visitacion Valley Community Center.

• More job opportunities for students, youth, young adults and adults.

• Provide strong support for small businesses.

• Develop and expand arts and cultural activities at the Bayview Opera House.

• Establish a Teen Center to deal with teens and young adult issues.

• Expand and coordinate recreational programs for students and youth..

• Work with the Bayview Hunters Point Multi-Purpose Senior Center: Aging Campus.

• Work on more affordable and low-income housing.
