Maintain A Balanced Budget
By Law we must submit a balanced budget every June, whether the state does so or not, and we must have at least a 3% reserve. I have done this every June for the past twenty years without fail. I hope to be able to continue doing so.
Maintain Schools and Programs at better levels than now
It is little surprise that we are facing the greatest challenge in our organization's history. We must maximize our existing resources and maintain existing schools and programs
Maintain Experienced Staff and Leadership Team
A first year teacher or leader is filled with enthusiasm and new untested ideas. With experience comes wisdom and knowing what works, how it works, why it works. Experience works.
