A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Village of Fairfax, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding ninety-six hundredths (0.96) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to nine and six-tenths cents ($0.096) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.
