An additional tax for the benefit of the Village of Terrace Park, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding two and eight-tenths (2.8) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-eight cents ($0.28) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2010, first due in calendar year 2011.
