Tiffany T. Lumpkin, is the Program Director of Family Group Decision Making for Small Seeds Development, Inc. She has a Masters' Degree in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with eight years experience working with youth and family services. Her background includes but not limited to prevention and reduction of health, social inequality, and economic disparities, reducing the critical education gap of underserved students and their counterparts, and eliminating barriers focusing on the capabilities of students and families, not their deficits, and demonstrating respect for individuals, their goals, and preferences. Tiffany desires to make a significant difference in the lives of others by reaching out to the community, teaching by example, and empowering through support, encouragement, building confidence and shared decision-making as routes to independence rather than dependency. Currently, Tiffany is a member of Wilkinsburg Borough's Planning Commission and the Democratic Committee.
