.Work with police Department and the neighborhood Association to designed and Implement Community Oriented Policing: Working in partnership with the Community to provide Crime Deterrence and Fear, giving the Community back to the citizens.

.Be an agent of change, consensus building and team management efforts in accomplishment of the overall common goals and objectives.

.Promote Economical Revitization:Business tax break/Incentive:focus should be the support of small and middle-sized business that is where the employment is created.Creation of more efficient operations that eliminate waste, increase quality and same period delivery results, Accountability and overall Transparency management opreations and effective outcomes.
