Its About the Future of Our Kids

Dear Neighbors,

I am a life long resident of Pico Rivera and a graduate from El Rancho High School. I am married to my wife Margaret, who works at Magee Elementary School. Together we have been raising three children, Able 16, Sophia 14, and Emily 6, who also attend our local schools.

My current school involvement includes being a member of the Measure EE Bond Oversight Committee, Chair of North Ranchito School Site Council, Chair of the District Advisory Council (DAC), Vice President of El Rancho Dons Boosters for El Rancho High School, Vice President of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) for North Ranchito Elementary. My previous experience includes being the past President of the El Rancho Band and Coloreguard Booster Club, School Site Chair Council at Pio Pico Elementary, Chair for the School Site Council at North Park Middle School, President of North Park Middle School Band Booster, and I was also the Coach and Manager for the Pico Boys Baseball team.

Under my leadership as the President of North Park Middle School Band Booster, El Rancho High School Dons Boosters, I have helped raise thousands of dollars for student scholarships and many other school activities. With your support and vote, I plan to continue to raise money for student scholarships throughout our district.

My Five Point Plan To Improve Our Schools:

-I will make Education and School Safety a top priority.
-I will work to Raise Test Scores and Graduation Rates.
-I will advocate for Parents, Students, and Teacher needs.
-I will Prevent and Stop Future Schools from Closing.
-I will bring additional Resources for our Students and Teachers.

As a concerned parent for all the students of the El Rancho Unified School District, and a local businessman for 30 years, I have the experience, plan and vision that will allow our students the opportunity to achieve their educational dreams and compete in today's global market economy.

It's all about our kids. Our Children and community deserves the best.

I would be honored to be one of your two votes for school board in this election.
