Garrad Marsh will protect our quality of life and strengthen our agricultural economy by having the city take a leadership role in regional planning. Garrad Marsh knows we can't build our way out of a housing surplus by paving over more farmland for houses or turning our Valley into a San Francisco suburb. We need to encourage growing up, not out, and model the future of Modesto with a vision. He has the scars from taking on the out-of-town developers and will keep fighting every day to protect our quality of life. |
