2. What services do you believe should be considered basic and essential for the City?

Police, Fire, Public Works, Garbage, Water, Parks, Building Code Enforcement

3. How would you balance the City Budget?

Answer from John T. Mumper:
We have already reduced expenses and we need to concentrate on increasing revenues. Concessions from our unions have been important aids to a balanced budget.

4. What actions will you take to support clean air?
