I have been a lifelong resident of Harrison. A graduate of Wm. H. Harrison H.S.(1970), Miami University(1974) and have other courses and certifications with various educational institutions.
I have been involved with all phases of our city's government serving four terms on City Council. During those 16 years I have served on every committee that Council has. I am particularly fond of the amount of time that I have spent on the Finance Committee along with helping to revive a flagging recycling program that won an award as the Most Improved Recycler for the year 2008, given by the Hamilton County Solid Waste District.
I have served as Vice Mayor four times including this year and have been part of the Charter Review of the City's charter four times(every five years). I work diligently in some of the small phases of our city's government such helping with our Senior Program which meets at our Community Center. I am also the announcer for a lot of the city's events, parades festivals, etc. This expertise entitles me to bill myself as Harrison's greatest unpaid DJ.
