The Malibu City Council has, for 20 years, allowed Caltrans, the Coastal Commission, Joe Edmiston's gang and other agencies to control government functions in this city. Time for change.Hans Laetz has been fighting for Malibu for years. We can put that experience to work, by putting our neighbor Hans onto the Malibu City Council in the April 10th election. Hans is an award-winning journalist. He has a reporter's eye to see the underlying issues.
