We need new leadership on the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors and you can make it happen.

As a community organizer, I, Silvia Marroquin, have walked local neighborhoods and listened to many of your stories and concerns. I am running to be your 5th District County Supervisor because:

• We Need to Clean Up Corruption The recurring FBI Raids and scandals have tainted our County's reputation and put San Bernardino County at risk of losing millions in federal funding. Let's bring in real reform and oversight.

• We Need Accountability Our residents deserve leadership that builds effective relationships at all levels of government--Federal, State, and local--in order to address the biggest challenges facing our residents. We need a County Supervisor who is commited to bringing in good paying jobs, prevent foreclosures, protect safety net programs our neediest families depend on, and bring opportunities for our youth. A concern for my constituents is a concern for me.

• We Need More Accessibility for the Fifth District I will remain engaged because I care about my community. I will bring back the Municipal Advisory Councils (MACs) for Bloomington, Muscoy, and El Rancho Verde residents. As Supervisor, I will value my constituents' input and provide the representation we all deserve.

• In the Spirit of Public Service I am running for County Supervisor because I am passionate about public service and my community. I will work full time on the proposed part-time salary.
