Public/Private Partnerships

Develop New Public/Private Partnerships to create new revenue streams into the General Fund and Enterprise fund.
Partner with Private companies to develop a business strategy to build and operate Peeking power plants, increase the City's existing co-generation plant from a 3 Mega watt system to a Thirty Mega Watt power plant, work with a Power company to build a 300 Mega Watt power plant. Each of these will provide added revenue into their respective funds. These funds will be restricted to use for the basic service's and to reinvest back into the citizens.
