We are preparing our students to meet these opportunities. What changes must we make to prepare our students? What is risk management and how does that enable us to make better decisions in the industry of education?

When we look at the trend of declining revenues, increased costs, we must consider future risks and how they impact our ability to accomplish the goal of Making the best even better.

Considering that the teacher is a vital component in the educational process, what is the organization structure that bests support that asset?

We can not only focus on our student preparation, but we must prepare our teachers for opportunities also.

Declining revenues should tell us that we must make a change in order to accomplish our goals. This means evaluating the risks and applying financial principles to solve our problems. I am not an advocate to spend money for the sake of spending money but my experiences indicate that often investment is necessary to provide a more effective, efficient while remaining financially conservative
