Antelope Valley Residents,

For the past eight years, I have worked tirelessly to ensure that Antelope Valley Hospital and rest of the Antelope Valley Healthcare District remains a vital and effective provider of healthcare services to the region.

With your help and your vote, I will continue to fight for improved patient care, including:

Hospitalists - Provide expanded 24-hour, in-hospital, physician coverage

Stroke Center - Develop a program to provide treatment within a six hour window to reduce effects of paralysis, loss of limb and/or speech functions

Heart Catheterization Expansion - Achieve a goal of less than 20 minutes to administer intervention treatment to reduce heart attack damage

Cancer Treatment - Fulfill plans to open a state-of-the-art a cancer treatment center on our hospital campus

Trauma Center Expansion - Add additional operating rooms in preparation for major catastrophic events
