Candidate for
Mayor; City of Elk Grove

I have lived in Elk Grove for 40+ years. My husband Lee and I have been married 44 years and have raised our children and grandchildren here in Elk Grove. I owned a business for 10 years and retired it when elected to the Elk Grove Community Services District. I have worked tirelessly to bring new and expanded medical services to Elk Grove, including Kaiser, Methodist, Sutter,and soon a medical and pharmacy school. I currently serve on the Board of Directors for Sacramento Public Library Authority, Sacramento Air Quality Board, Sacramento Employement Training Agency, Elk Grove Senior Center and previously on the Sacramento Sanitation District Board and LAFCO. I have created partnerships with local, county, regional, state and federal agencies which has enabled me to build our city from the ground up when we incorporated in 2000. I strongly believe that with my experience that together we can Lead Elk Grove to the Next Level. I am proud to say that I am a strong voice for fiscal responsibility and transparacy in government.
