- Transportation
-
The high volume of people coming to work in Mountain View in addition to the number of people who live in Mountain View has created a traffic problem and has an environmental impact. Alternatives to transportation and the infrastructure to support those modes is one of the most important issues facing our city.
- Balanced Development
-
The General Plan 2030 provides a strategic direction of how our citizens envision Mountain View to be in the future. It is important to make sure that the development areas are blended into the existing neighborhoods in a homogeneous way.
- Fiscal Responsibility
-
Mountain View maintains a AAA credit rating and it is important that we manage the city budget to ensure we keep that rating.
