Margaret (Mickey) Broyles-Hall, ARM, ARM-P Executive Vice President of Operations & Risk Consultant Training Intervention Procedures TipS Certified Trainer

Mickey has been a resident of West Chester her entire life. She is married to Robert (Bob) Hall and has a son Isaac and daughter Madeline Thomas and two-step daughters, Kate and Laura. Margaret (Mickey) has been involved in local business for over 40 years. She serves as Operations Manager of Francis Hall Insurance Services and Keystone Volunteer Insurance Group (KVIG).

Mickey is a risk management specialist and has earned her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities (ARM-P) Designations from the American Institute of Property and Casualty.

She is a qualified instructor for the Department of Labor and Industry for Training Safety Committees. She serves as a Certified Training Intervention Procedures (TipS) trainer. Providing training and education to wait-staff and bartenders serving alcohol. She provides various on-site training to employees and volunteers. These services are provided to non-profit and for-profit organizations and companies in the community. She conducts extensive training such as Sexual Harassment Avoidance, Emergency Preparedness, Blood Borne Pathogens, Lifting Safety, Safe Driving and Workplace Safety to name only a few.

Mickey earned her Associates Degree in Business from Widener University and her BA in Business Organization Dynamics from Immaculata University in 2004 where she graduated summa cum laude with membership in local, national and international honor societies. She has served on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations. She served as Chairperson of the West Chester Area YMCA and served on several committees for the West Chester Area YMCA. Mickey received the Volunteer of the Year Award from the West Chester Area YMCA. She is past chair of the West Chester Daybreak Lions Club. She received the Melvin Jones Fellow Award, the highest award presented by Lion's International. Mickey served as, founder/leader of the West Chester Daybreak Lions Club, "Lions Share" Program. This program provided many families in the community with furniture and household items. As a member of the Rotary Club of West Chester she is currently serving as Co-Chair for the Annual Fruit Sale fundraiser. She is the Co-Chair of the March of Dimes, March for Babies Walk to be held in West Chester on April 28, 2013.
