Julia has more than thirty years of legal experience as a litigator and mediator and now as a Family Court Master. Julia believes that every person who has a claim before the court should be heard and treated in a respectful manner, by court personnel, counsel and litigants. She endeavors to maintain this standard in all of her responsibilities.

She has the experience and tools necessary to be a judge in a manner consistent with Chester County's reputation for civility, justice, and fairness. Julia desires to use her knowledge and experience to continue serving the citizens of Chester County as a judge of the Court of Common Pleas.
