In short, a summation of the responsibilities entrusted to school board directors.
A School Board Director's primary responsibility is to be a good steward of all the resources that our community affords us. The resource we have in our children, our students who will be the future of our community, state and country. The resource we receive from our residents from school taxes, to provide our students with a world class education. Lastly, but just as important, the resource we have in our seniors. It is they who built the community we are so fortunate to be a part of today.

Many families have moved to Upper Dublin because of the unique opportunity that it provided; an excellent school District, reasonable taxes and a community that valued all of its residents, from the young to the elderly. Today families continue to come, but the ever increasing taxes are making it too expensive for some to stay. We are burdening our residents with taxes that some; especially those who live on fixed incomes cannot continue to pay. We owe it to them, and to all our residents to keep this community the wonderful place they built; safe, fruitful and affordable.
