We have 5 council seats and the Mayor seat up for re-election. This is a golden opportunity for great change!
With the turnover of so many of our council seats and the Mayor, I will have an opportunity to work with our new council members to work towards a city wide rejuvenation. Instead of nine council members running nine cities, we can have all council members working for the good of the entire city. We have to seize this opportunity for district alignment and partnership with all the districts. I have spoken to candidates and current council about this. All are in agreement that changes are needed.
