Why we need an audit of the public title records

Robin Sunbeam contends that recording fraudulent property documents undermines the integrity of the public records. Considering that the big Wall Street banks have admitted fraud, it would be considered prudent quality control to do an audit of property records to gauge the extent that fraud has clouded Mendocino County property titles. Current property transactions depend on the accuracy of previous documents.

My qualifications for this office

Although most of my professional experience has been in nursing, my Master's Degree education trained me in administration, the basic principles of which apply to any institution. The Nursing Process has prepared me to face unexpected contingencies and come to a satisfactory resolution. My good humor, high intelligence, experience managing databases, and consistent compassion make me well suited for this type of administrative position.
