I believe in the Constitution, limited government, and people's expectation of privacy. Judges should apply the law fairly, and not create law to advance anyone's agenda. I support the death penalty in certain cases. I support the Second Amendment.

I believe in responsibility with accountability and fairness in both civil and criminal matters.

Public safety and crime victims' rights have been my top priority as a prosecutor, and will remain my top priority as a judge.
