Every time a mortgage assignment is entered into the MERS system without payment to the local county recorder for the recordation of same, the county loses revenue and the ability to accurately track the information.They must be saved. We need to make it a priority. The longer we wait the more victims we will have to deal with. The longer we wait the more difficult it will be. The longer we wait the more it will cost. The longer we wait the fewer options we will have. Why spend $56 million of tax payers money to allow the system to become ever more unreliable? |
