I ran for Moraga Town Council in 2006, and for re-election in 2010, because I wanted to make a difference in addressing the important issues facing the Town of Moraga. My family and I moved to Moraga 26 years ago for its excellent public schools, semi-rural feeling, spectacular open space and exceptional quality of life. My strong desire to preserve and enhance these mainstream values, and to serve the Moraga community and the broader public interest, continues to be what motivates and energizes me to seek re-election to the Town Council. There are still many things that I believe we can and should be doing as a community, and that I would like to get done.

FAMILY Married to Debby Trotter, 32 years. Four children: Andy (28), Emma (26), Jack (24) and Patrick (22). All of them attended Campolindo High School. Andy, Emma and Jack are graduates of Stanford University, and Emma is now in her second year at NYU Law School. Patrick is a graduate of U.C. Davis.
