• Beswick Elementary and Currie MS ((only one in CA) earned Title 1 Academic Achievment Awards

• TUSD rated as one of top 17 districts in California based upon academic proficiency and student success per tax dollar

• Renovation and modernization of oldest Middle schools and High schools on time and under budget using local funding

• Maintaining Budget solvency despite drastic state cuts to education funding
