Board Member; Los Alamitos Unified School District

Dr. Barke is a family physician who has lived in Roosmoor for 17 years and has been a Member of the Governing Board of the Los Alamitos Unified School District since 2006. Dr. Barke and his wife of 25 years have a son in Los Alamitos High School and a daughter at DePaul University in Chicago. Dr. Barke serves on the Orange County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue team and is the volunteer Medical Director of "Pathways to Independence" -- a Los Alamitos-based organization dedicated to helping at-risk young women. Dr. Barke enjoys golf, fitness, and all activities that can involve his family.
