Ballot Statement

I am a thoughtful, prudent decision maker. I do my homework. I come to meetings prepared.

As an OCWD board member, I promise to provide the PEOPLE with excellent customer service and to listen to all of your water concerns, interests and ideas.

I will focus on improving transparency.

I will focus on pursuing operations efficiencies, new technology and sound fiscal policies.

I will focus on increasing local water supply and reliability, improving water quality and conservation.

I will focus on increasing educational opportunities to inform the public about water conservation.

As an elected Costa Mesa councilwoman since 2006, I have served Costa Mesa residents faithfully. An elected trustee in the Newport Mesa Unified School District from 1994-2002, I faithfully served my constituents.

I ask for your vote to serve you, the PEOPLE, on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Water District Service Area 7.
