My first priority is supporting all constituents and quality of life programs. This involves listening to all the people of Yucca Valley and making sure programs such as the swimming pool, nature conservatories and museums are supported. While in the military, I worked in base civil engineering at multiple bases. This occupation involved understanding and working with the military residents in family housing + developing programs that would make their quality of life much better. I also worked with the on-base and off-base local businesses in order to make them more successful and more inviting to the community. Through my experiences, I realize that Yucca Valley is in need of electronic resources such as website and emails, in combination with mailers and face-to-face meetings (i.e. town hall meetings). This will provide responsive communication that town folk can utilize to hold their town council accountable. When I am appointed as a council member with your vote, the quality of life programs can and will be supported based on what the people of the town need. These programs will never be sacrificed for salaries.
