My third priority is demanding transparent fiscal management. Responsible fiscal management is about developing easily understood budgets, and implementing them in a public forum for the community, not behind closed doors. During my last 10 years at Boeing as a program manager, I oversaw and managed the development and implementation of a $2 billion effort. My involvement reduced costs to my employer and my leadership was essential to the success of my team. |
