An education is a right, not a privilege

All schools that receive taxpayers money, be they traditional or charter, shall have the same responsibility for transparency and disclosure. They will all be held to the same academic and behavioral standards and no child will be "counselled out" as seems to be prevalent in many charter schools.

Those charter schools that don't adhere to the American standards of equality will be meticulously scrutinized and not be supported by tax dollars.
