As the turn of the century approaches, we need assurance that our tax dollars are providing our children with the best education possible. If elected, I will support:

  • Competency testing for teachers
  • Implementing Prop. 227, which ends bilingual education
  • A zero tolerance policy on gangs and drugs in our schools
  • School uniforms for junior high school students
  • A back-to-basics approach to our school curriculum
  • Expanding our business partnerships
