Lower taxes

People cannot use for their own lives what they are forced to pay in taxes.
Prior to 1971 Ohio had no State Income Tax, but somehow survived. The new tax money poured in, and the legislature spent it because it was available. Libertarians call this an addiction. To change it requires a new philosophy. Taxation is theft.

Evaluate all government programs on a cost-benefit basis. If a program is not doing what it is supposed to do, end it. Most (perhaps all) things government does can be done by private enterprise. Free market competition always provides the best possible product or service for the best price.

Abandon the anti-trust suit against Microsoft. Abandon the cigarette damage suit. Don't sue gun manufacturers. These are all cheap ways to collect money to waste.

I would support ending the State Lottery, since it provides more money to waste. Its only virtue is that participation is voluntary.
