Small Government is Beautiful.

Why? Because it give less occation for corruption, Less probability for waste of your tax money.

The less money taxed FROM our citizens the MORE money they have to spend on what THEY want, instead of what the politicians want, after they take it from you by force.

I have sat by taking notes for over 14 years, and watched some good things and a lot of wasted money in this city.

Besides, WHOSE MONEY IS IT ANYWAY ? It is YOUR money.

While the current city council just threw away some of your money to stave off a failing Airline owned and operated by one man, a lot of pot holes did not get fixed. Soccer fields went unrepaired.

I am NOT one of them. I am one of YOU. In real estate 7 years ago, I listed 4 and sold 4 homes in a row in South Point, where no agent had got anything to sell in years. It was considered the impossible sale. But William Wagener did the impossible. I made it happen with diligent work, and keeping my promises. Each sale lead to another.

If the voters chose to have a THRIFTY city Councilman and vote me, William Wagener, into office this Nov. 7th, I may redeem more money than they even knew had been wasted.

I applaud the FRIENDS of WALLER Park, for doing the extra fund raising that the local governments could not raise, either because the City was too busy "lending" your money to a risky Airline Venture, or the County Supervisors were too busy voting themselves $100,000's of dollars to remodel their own elitist offices. What a shame on both local levels of government.

I intend to be accountable for every tax dollar spend.

Under the current council, water rates have jumped up

Then THIS COUNCIL used YOUR money to try to steal the Water rights of the S.M. Valley Conservation District in Court, and of course they LOST. They also LOST your tax money in paying all those attorney's fees. What a waste!

But I need your overwhelming VOTE to stop the waste and put common sense back on the council.
