Jay currently works as a senior product manager for DemandTec, a company that builds price optimization software for retailers. His political experience includes: staff assistant to Congressman James Leach (R-IA), field coordinator for former Governor William Weld (R-MA), and a published author on issues of education choice (Earning and Learning, Brookings Institution Press). An active participant in the community, Jay works with the Bay Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. Jay obtained an A.B. in Government and Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
