Give every child a chance

Every child should have a chance to succeed and we must provide programs to insure that success. Children's needs are the first and last consideration in decision-making. Schools that draw students from low socio-economic areas need extra support. Intervention programs need to be in place for students who are in danger of falling behind. Teachers need support because of the demands of high-stakes testing and accountability.

Schools that draw students from low socio-economic areas need extra support, like low-cost or free preschools for children that can not afford them.

Teachers need support because of the demands of high-stakes testing and accountability. We need to include the teachers in decision making for improving student achievement.
