Computers and technology are important ingredients to the success of our students, schools and country. Students need to learn how to use technology for tomorrow's world of work. The district needs to use technology as the private sector does for efficiency and to enhance the quality of our product.Computers and technology are important ingredients to the success of our students, schools and country. Students need to learn how to use technology for tomorrow's world of work. Students need to know how to use computers to increase productivity and quality of their work. They need to be familiar with the technology tools they will be using in the world of work. The district needs to use technology as the private sector does for efficiency and to enhance the quality of our product. Private industry has benefitted from infusion of information technology into business processes. The school district needs to copy the best practices of industry where they apply in order to more effectively use tax payer's dollars and to improve the quality of our product (fully literate and functioning adults). |
