John Molloy believes we must have faith in the integrity of our courts. All rulings must be based on the law and the facts, not political ideology and personal preferences. John Molloy is committed to upholding the Constitution and ensuring that all citizens have access to our courts and a speedy public trial. John Molloy supports reducing the overcrowding of our criminal courts by creating Night Court for traffic violations and other infractions. John Molloy will ensure that everyone has access to the justice system. The guilty should be punished and the innocent set free. Crime victims' voices should be heard and not forgotten. |
