• School Board member for 14 years, with extensive experience as an educational advocate for children at the local, state and federal level.
• Nuview Bridge Early College High School Advisory Council, since its inception. Nuview District's Wellness Committee.
• 12/03 to 2008, Federal Government Relations Chair, National School Board Association, assigned to Congressman Ken Calvert.
• 2002 - 2008, Riverside County Delegate to the California School Board Association, Delegate Assembly, Sacramento.
• 2002 to 2008 Board of Directors, Riverside County School Board Association, President from 2004-2006.
• 2003-2008, 1/08 to 12/09, Member of the California School Board Association, Public Relations Committee, Sacramento.
• 1/06 to 12/06, Member of the California School Board Association, Annual Conference Committee, Sacramento.
• 01/03 to 12/05, Member of the California School Board Association, Small School District Committee, Sacramento

I have been married to my wife, Robin, for 27 years and we have one daughter, Sarah, who attended both Nuview and Mountain Shadows who is currently in her last semester of her Masters Program at Cal State San Marcos.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Financial Management from Cal State Fullerton. Experience: School Board member for 14 years, with extensive experience as an educational advocate for children at the local, state and federal level.
