The hospital campus needs additional parking facilities and medical office space for new physicians and outpatient services.
The population growth in the Coachella Valley requires that all three hospitals construct new facilities to serve the new residents. As more physicians are recruited at Desert Regional Medical Center, new office space must be built to house them.

Parking at Desert Regional is very heavily used especially in season. A new 300 space lot may be available within the next few months.
